Can I shake my mug? Is it spill proof ? YES ! We know how Important it is to many of you to be able to shake your coffee & have trust with your mug , so we made sure there is NO SPILLING involved !!:) Just make sure the button on the top is locked before shaking . We have collected a few tips from our team to make sure you avoid spills at all costs ! DO NOT overfill your mug. Overfilling your mug all the way to the top will not let your lid to close tightly. If your lid doesn't close tightly that might indicate you have overfilled it with your beverage. Your drink should go below the lines inside of your thermal mug :)Make sure all silicone parts are in tact after washing & your lid is dry. STEP BY STEP LID DEEP CLEANING GUIDE PRESS THE TOP BUTTON First We're going to press the button on the top of our lid so it stays in the "Open" position. OPEN YOUR MUG Next we're going to open the mug and focus on the inside part of the lid. TWIST THE INNER PART IN THE DIRECTION OF AN ARROW Put your fingers onto the inner part where you see the "open & close " arrows and turn the inside to the left to open & to the right to close it back again ( just follow the arrows !) READY TO GO ! Now that you've removed the inner piece you should be left with two parts of the lid in your hands & are ready to deep clean your lid :) Follow the same process to put the parts of the lid back together .
