Not sure why people are having issues assembling. I will say, the instructions are rather vague, however, it is manageable if you just take a second and look at it. The diagram shows where things need to go, which pieces need glue with the dials, etc. With that being said, the piece itself is mostly plywood, it’s not as thick as it looks in the image, and in my opinion, is overpriced for what it actually is, it still looks really nice. They could have provided something to cover up the silver screw tighteners (whatever they’re called) on the left and right side as they are visible (refer to images). I would recommend this item.I bought a really nice tv Console in Amazon so I figured this would be similar but it looks like dorm furniture where there aren’t clean lines. I wish I had paid double for something of better quality but you get what you pay for and last time with the tv console I realize I got luckyI LOVE the look of this table! But I did not realize it was cheap pressed wood. We have had this table maybe a month or so and the top is stained. It had spots on it within two days and now it’s so terrible I’ve had to cover it. Look/design is beautiful but quality kind of stinks. We have eaten on it but I wiped it clean after each meal and still it has grayish spots all over the surface. Kind of bummed. It would be nice if the tops were made of a more durable material.Took 4 hours to assemble, but at the end it looks great. You get what you pay for. It’s not high quality wood, but that is obvious considering the price. We are happy with it..It’s a very nice design but it’s made with very cheap material which really ruin it for meit looks great, assembly takes a bit long if you are doing it alone, but it was a fun process.
